Yo please enlighten how the pregnant women have to stand outside. Because they have schedule your appointment telling you to be here at 12:55 knowing they still on their lunch break. I wonder why the parking lot is empty? Yes, I been standing outside for the last 20 mins in 85° degree weather, because once again they told me to be here at 12:55. But I will say the doctor and nurse was nice even tho I was upset that Kelly the doctor is very nice and provided us with lot of information. She gave us a good friendly vibes 😊😊😊😊😊so yess I will be back again but make sure my appointment isn’t around the time they go to lunch🙌🏾🙌🏾👏🏾✊🏾

I’ve been a patient with UNC Rockingham Women’s Health Centre for many years. I started out seeing Dr. McLeod, and after he retired, I began seeing Dr. Buist. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Buist and his nursing staff. I’ve always had a pleasant experience in the office, especially this last one at the hospital to bring my precious daughter into the world. Hands down the best care I have ever received. I love this facility and appreciate everything they’ve done for me.

I thought I had a great visit until I received my bill. When I called to schedule the appointment I let them know I do not have insurance and need to know how much a breast exam/pap would cost. I was told it was $200 and had to be paid upfront. I paid the $200 and was seen. I told the doctor that I was not comfortable getting the pap since it was that time of the month for me. She said that’s fine we’ll schedule you for another day to get the pap. She then asked me questions on the computer. That took at least 30 mins. Fine no big deal. We continued with the breast exam. And she also had blood drawn. When I left, the receptionist told me it would be an additional $50 since I didn’t get a pap but had an “office visit” instead and I would receive a bill. Boy did I receive a bill!! $749! For what? Good luck trying to get answers. The staff is friendly enough but don’t expect any kind of transparency with this office! Find somewhere else because this place is a money hungry joke!!

As much as I liked my GYN at UNC I would not recomend UNC Health care facilities to anybody. They were quick to put me to surgery and provide services but did not mention that finiancial assistance is provided only for patients living in NC. I lived in Virginia at that time and was seeking for good health care option and now I am stuck with giant bill. I would say doctors are good but lack of transparency about billing.

Everyone there is nice somewhat. The last that does blood work has been sooo awful to me and my husband. The first time I went i told her nicely “I need my husband in here to hold my hand or I’ll pass out” as he was walking in she physically pushed him out of the room saying “No I need space I can’t have someone else in here” what happened next I was so close to passing out that she didn’t care. She rudely told my husband this is about her not you when it was a question she was asking both of us. The second visit one of the nurses very sweet lady she made sure that this women knew that my husband needed to be in here. The lady rolled her eyes. We sit down and everything was okay at first and she had the audacity to tell me “If you can’t get blood then how are you gonna get through labor!!!” And also her telling me “I don’t think you should even go into labor if you can’t take blood!!!!!” I don’t know what her problem is but this is not how you need to be treating patients especially first time moms!!! If this next appointment don’t go well with that lady I’m asking to get my blood work done at the hospital she’s has no right to be treating us like this!!!

So my first experience was good with them. (Yes Im the father and went to every visit) but this time was different. Maybe the doctor was having a bad day but it doesnt excuse the rudeness. Didnt even use beside manners just was rude and acted as if we was completely dumb and have never been through this before.

If I didn’t already think Dr. Galloway was a great doctor, today just proved it so even more. Not only is she knowledgeable, her bedside manner is simply superb. So thankful to have her as a doctor.

Dr. Buist delivered both of our daughters, and could not asked for a better experience both times. its not very often a Dr. gives you his personal cell phone number in case of emergency. Highly recommend these group of amazing Dr and nurses.

I have been going here for years, two of my children were delivered by Dr Galloway . The only complaint I have is long waits but the service is so good and on a personal level it doesnt effect the rating. The doctors and nurses are amazing, I would never consider going anywhere else.

Dr.Galloway is DEFINITELY the BEST doctor there now ! I absolutely dislike the new doctor! She is rude and rushes through the appointments and her nurses are just as rude?

Love dr Galloway! She delivered my baby and I’m expecting again; definitely would like for her to deliver this baby. Staff is great and knowledgeable

They are unfortunately best and sweetest people and they treated people very well and respect other people decisions and dr buist is very understanding and patient and very well respectful my decision!!! He is amazing and front desk are sweetest people! 😊 check it out!

Dr. Erskine is amazing. She listens well and answers any questions you might have to the best of her ability!

Wonderful staff, nurses and doctors! Would highly recommend, knowledgeable, efficient and respectful, prompt responses and welcoming environment.

I highly recommend this office the staff are great and the Doctors there care about you and talk to you about any questions that you may have I was a new mother and had alot of questions and they always answered my question and made me feel at ease.

The drs here are awesome and also the nurses as well ... Wouldnt go any where else ..

The doctors are great. Always get greeted with a smile.
