I had a great experience at this location. Everyone there was really kind, funny, and helped me through my anxiety. Had no issues booking an appointment online, and my entire check-in & procedure had me in and out in less than an hour

Not ideal. I went here to get mental health medication after a check up. That cost me $200. I was fine with it because i got meds and a friendly consultation.They would not refill the rx, however. They wanted me to come back for a check in. So i did it for another $200.Then when that rx ran out they again refused to refill unless i came back in. I didn’t have any PTO, and i couldn’t afford another $200 consultation, so i had to stop taking my meds cold turkey.I called them multiple times trying to get a refill but they wouldn’t budge.After months of withdrawals and brain zaps i’m feeling back to my old pre medicated self. I owe PP hundreds of dollars that i’ll probably never really be able to pay

I dont usually write reviews, but I cant get over what a wonderful experience I had at the Eden Prairie clinic today. The PA that works here, I believe her name is Victoria Jones, is absolutely spectacular. She eminates confidence and empathy when it comes to womens health and rights. We had a great conversation! Which I enjoyed. She also answered all my questions with ease and didnt make me feel incompetent for asking. I had an IUD insertion and she made my fear evaporate. So very pleased. Highly recommend this clinic and this provider!

Made an appointment online. I check in at the clinic and the receptionist said that their system didnt save my appointment and there was no availability until 2 weeks from today. Terrible service. Why have an online appointment system if it doesnt work? What a joke.

Specifically got a prescription sent to this location because it was within 5 mins from my work. Told me it would be ready for pick up at 2-2:30pm, arrived at 3:30 due to them closing early @4….still wasn’t ready. Waited my full lunch break, (30mins) until close and still no prescription. “We overbooked I’m so sorry, no estimated time, you just have to wait.” I’m sorry— no I don’t. And I can’t, I am still working…..Do not waste your time with this location.

I had a really pleasant experience here getting my birth control implant removed! I was a bit nervous but everyone made sure I was okay and went above and beyond! I will for sure come here for all my needs! Thank you guys :)

I went in today to get the IUD Ive had in for close to a decade replaced; my past experience with the insertion of it was honestly.. kind of traumatic, so I went to this appointment horrified. I met the receptionist (I unfortunately didnt catch her name, but were birthday buds), who was incredibly outgoing and helped me apply to the MFPP as supplemental insurance RIGHT IN THE OFFICE! Next, a nurse named teresa brought me to a room and discussed options, my physical and mental health; she was so genuine and knowledgeable, and even laughed at my jokes. Victoria performed the procedure and was so sweet and patient with me. We had some great conversations about what to expect with my IUD, as well as tattoos and greyhounds. The procedure turned out to be a lot less horrible this time around, and I honestly believe these 3 created a much better experience. They were full of information, super friendly, and seemed to genuinely care about me. Thanks for everything yall do!

As someone who studies reproductive health, health care services, and all the above, I adore Planned Parenthood. Furthermore, my experience at this clinic was great. Easy, quick, and the practitioner I saw was SOOOOO NICE. She inspired me beyond belief. Cant wait to go back, and that says a lot. Support your local PP.

First time here, got an iud after one expelled from my previous clinic. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, as well as the girl who brought me to my room. Victoria placed my iud and was amazing! Highly recommend this place! Nothing but a great experience, all staff is knowledgeable about womens health

I love the doctor at this clinic! She is so positive and helpful. They are a much smaller clinic than the other Planned Parenthoods in Minnesota but its because they are an express clinic. Sometimes they cant always get me in right away. If its something I need to be seen soon for they will schedule an appointment for at one of the other Planned Parenthoods near by to make sure I get care in a timely manner. This is my favorite clinic!

Just amazing staff at this PP, I could not have been more happy with the care they gave me daughter in law. Bravo you guys!

Dr.Victoria was the most amazing and warm doctor Ive ever met! Went to get an IUd removed and I was super scared. She was incredible and just kept talking about something else to distract me without letting me know she was trying to distract me. Didnt even tell me it was coming out, and all of a sudden it was out, no pain at all.

Best experience at any reproductive health clinic I have ever had. The doctor there is amazing, everything they do supports and empowers women. This is my first google review, I created an account to post this specifically.

The Eden Prairie PP team is so genuine and caring when it comes to professionalism and making you feel welcome in what could be a very intimidating experience. I appreciate the pure joy, knowledge and empathic candor they provided me during my visit to the clinic.

Ive never had a better experience at a planned parenthood. Open, friendly, caring, informative and respectful. This is just a clinic location so they dont offer abortions but all other services they do! Proud to stand with PP

The staff were nice and friendly. However the PA messed up some of my tests. Also they accept insurance but literally no one uses it since we dont want our employers/parents/mates know about our personal matters! Then the prices go really high! In the order of several hundred dollars! Furthermore, they report your test results to the state officials if they come back positive! Overall, pricy, with no regard for privacy! But then it is a broken system in this country...

All staff was amazing. Mallory at the front desk was very friendly and patient. The PA, Victoria, was absolutely amazing and empathetic. Great experience would highly recommend for women😊

Always very helpful with my prescriptions, just wish they were open for a little on Saturdays. And of course, haters gonna hate. Ill forever stand with PP.

I’ve been rescheduled 4 times now and they apparently don’t have anyone to work in the facility to treat me. I have had to fast for multiple days where I’m supposed to be receiving care only to be told that they have nothing for me that day. Terrible just terrible

Keep forgetting to put my prescription in 2nd time this happened. Thought the doctor was good but you cant make mistakes like that. Im going to Minnesota womens care.
