For me, the Advanced Fertility Center of Texas was the only fertility clinic with the best doctors and hardworking nurses. Thanks to the responsible and loyal doctors, I had a healthy pregnancy because of them. Despite the problems that were in my fertility journal, Dr. Allen found a solution for each of my issues with great care and perseverance. Despite the bad weather conditions, this clinic is never closed, and every day, all its personnel work with high energy and help the patients a lot. Their service is not only during the appointments; if you go to their clinic outside of your appointments, they handle the complaint with open and kind behavior. In fact, they always treat you perfectly, no matter how busy they are. For almost a year I was there, Dr. Allen always had a strong and responsible presence in all my appointments and procedures. I dont remember all the nurses names; I know them primarily by seeing their faces. One of the nurses, Selina, is among the kindest and most professional nurses among the other nurses, for whom I am grateful from the bottom of my heart. Without the Advanced Fertility Center of Texas, I would have been deprived of getting pregnant again. With all the doctors, including Dr. Allen, and their hardworking staff, I can have a healthy baby. I sincerely thank all of them. 💚

I cant say enough good words about this clinic and the staff. I did have my first baby through IVF and now I am pregnant again thanks to Dr. Allon and his amazing staff. They walked me through this journey with confidence and explain every little step. I was never rushed and I asked all the questions I had. The clinic is clean and staff are very professional. I highly recommend them! I though that I would never have children and now I am a mom of two little blessings. Best decission in my life was to contact them and meet with Dr.Allon.

I love this place! Dr allon is very thorough, nice, gentle with news and/or explanations ,and positive . The staff is amazing and very nice! Salena has a great calming vibe and was very helpful throughout my process. Even the surgery went smoothly and everyone was so attentive and caring. They give options , it’s never a no. Or this can’t happen. They will find a way. I am now happily pregnant with my first! The journey was well worth it! Still feels unreal after all this time trying. Thank you everyone ! 😻😻😻

They don’t have very good communication skills nor do they ever answer their phones to get any kinds of appointments scheduled. They are terrible at time management & take advantage of how badly parents want to grow their families knowing they’ll wait as long as it takes. & Don’t know how to properly manage their time otherwise. Safe to say, if it wasn’t for the IP’s using this clinic, I sure wouldn’t have picked them as my first priority since they don’t make their patients theirs.

I am very grateful to the clinic, the team and Dr. Allon, a person who encourages you and gives you hope. I thank you very much for fulfilling our dream. Now I have a beautiful child. We are very thankful for this office! They helped us through three pregnancies, with three sweet babies to show for it all. It’s very easy to get discouraged during this process but the staff and physicians at Advanced Fertility definitely helped everything go as smooth as possible. I’ve read the other reviews, I do think they’ve made updates to their process because we felt very informed and respected throughout our time here. Also this clinic is definitely based around families and they go out of their way to listen to your specific needs and meet them. The staff were always so helpful and invested in our care and outcomes! Will always highly recommend AFCT.

I was very concern for not being able to fulfill my dreams of becoming a mom. I remember the first day back in September 2023 when I came to the office I was very nervous and anxious about what the future was holding for me and my husband but our first meeting with Dr. Allon that feeling changed. Dr. Allon has a very strong belief that everything is possible, he is very positive and will never let you have a bad thought. Dr. Allon sat down with my husband and I and promised that we will be pregnant very soon. Sure enough 7 months after fertility work up and treatment we are finally pregnant with our wonderful healthy miracle baby boy. I had a great team of doctors, nurses and staff. Truly everybody was amazing. But I will definitely mention Selena, she is an amazing and compassionate nurse. Selena truly has been amazing to us, very understanding and very caring. I have had Selena for almost all of my ultrasounds and she really is great at explaining everything every step of the way. She knows what she is doing when it comes to fertility! Selena always had the time to answer all of my questions. Furthermore Miss Sheryl was great, always happy and positive. She truly never missed a vein!!😂❤️My timeline was fast, I started seeing Dr. Allon in September, we did the whole fertility work up, then we took November off and December, due to vacation and holidays. We started IVF stimulation in January and my first Embryo transfer in April, which was successful! Now pregnant with my baby boy.So overall it took us about 6 months to get pregnant!!We cannot put this into words to express our gratitude for Dr. Allon and the staff. You have turned our hopes, dreams, and prayers into a reality and we can’t be more grateful for you all.You all will always hold a special place in our heart. We are sad to leave you all, but excited to know that we have a great fertility team that we definitely will return back for our second child.Ps; I would definitely recommend Advanced Fertility Center Houston to anybody who struggles with infertility.

My experience at Advanced Fertility was phenomenal. Dr. Allon genuinely cares about his patient and takes the time to look deep into your medical history to find the root of the problem. He gives a lot of detailed information and takes the time to explain each and everything to you. His staff as well is very educated and knowledgeable, they were very patient and always answered the millions of questions I’ve had being a patient here. And trust me - no question is a stupid question. I’ve had unexplained fertility for several years, my husband and I have been trying for almost 3 years. He looked into my body and found 2 big reasons why my body wasn’t releasing eggs: hypothyroidism and PCOS. I had never been officially diagnosed with these prior to seeing Dr Allon, even having been at an OBGYN since a teenager and being at a different fertility dr prior to switching to here. He took those findings and we got to work with medicine, supplements and change in diet. I lost 35 lbs, got all my hormones regulated, and surprise!!! my body spontaneously ovulated and now I’m expecting and due in November.It TRULY takes a good doctor to spend the extra time getting to the root of the issue, instead of trying to rush for treatment to make $$$. I cannot be more grateful for the genuine time/effort from Dr. Allon. 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Allon and his team have been incredible to work with the past 18 months! I am grateful for their attention to my care. We are pregnant with our first baby and Ill be 46 next week! We are very excited and feel blessed to have been a part of this experience! We definitely miss them as we embark on the next 6 months with our little one in anothers care.

Read neg reviews before you trust. My OBGYN recommended to get checked with a fertility specialist as my AMH level test result was lower than normal. She referred me to another clinic, but I also made an appointment with Dr. Allon at Advanced Fertility, because they had a cancelation and were able to get me in the following day. Great! I did read negative reviews about this practice, I was warned, but I prefer to make my own decisions, trust doctors and my own experiences. Dr. Allon was great, personable, at ease, went straight to scheduling me for hysteroscopy without wasting time on other tests, which I was ok with. Straight to the point and pro-active. I liked that, so I signed up right away. First red flag tho was during this same office visit, staff mentioned to me smthg about being a donor egg recipient. Wait! I just came to check my own eggs))) I never tried to get pregnant, know NOTHING about fertility, just got lower AMH and came for a checkup. What donor eggs?! Second red flag was about week later when I had a call from this office and a nurse took the wind out of me with her donor eggs talk again. Are you serious? I was not even tested yet. Whats the urge?! Completely uncalled for and sloppy. During the initial consult Dr. Allon prescribed me a vaginal cream to help prepare me for hysteroscopy. I asked right on the spot if hormones in it may cause cancer. He said affirmatively no. I bought the cream at the pharmacy, and while reading the instructions the first side effect I see is CANCER. Scary! So I tell the office about my concern and this discrepancy, they promised to get back with me. Instead of educating me on this mysterious cream with cancer as possible side effect, I get a call about? Donor eggs!!! Why?! Trust was broken. A clinical supervisor called me finally and was apologizing for a long time for their intrusive donor eggs agenda and lack of timely response to my real concerns. Ok. In the mean time I made an appointment at another clinic and got my bldwork and ultrasound of the ovaries done. Everythings fine with absolutely normal AMH levels, all of my own eggs in the baskets, healthy. Went to my scheduled hysteroscopy with Dr. Allon to check whats inside, which is a mini surgery with sedation. As soon as staff learned I did testing at another clinic, they started pressuring me about choosing a clinic where to get treatment. Whaaat? What treatment?! I came for a checkup folks! It is ok to do tests at however many clinics I choose, my insurance covers everything, if not, Ill cover that myself. Not a biggie. Yet, the staff gave me a guilt trip. The anesthesiologist was plain rude, sedation was excruciatinly painful and he rolled his eyes and left the room because I screamed from fear and pain. The sedation he started to pump into me burned like fire, seriousely, but I am brave, I signed up for this study myself, right? Ok. Next thing I remember someone voilently yanks me by the lower jaw where I had previous surgery (and told the anesthesiologist about it right before he put the IV in me). I was in the post-op room, I remember excruciating mind-stabbing jolt by the jaw, and I am fighting off those grabbing hands. Horror movie! In and out of sleep for several hrs. Why did they yank me by the jaw like that remains a mistery. I slowly came out of anesthesia, everything was peaceful. My husband took me home, said I was screaming from pain and fighting when he came in. At home my jaw and my chest hurt for several days. Much more than my uterus where the camera went. I was looking forward to my next appointment with Dr. Allon to see the results of hysteroscopy and to ask him about this jaw incident and chest pain. A week after the procedure I received a call from his office saying Dr. Allon will not work with me and I should cancel my husbands appointment. I really liked Dr. Allon. Smthg must have happened during hysteroscopy they must be scared to discuss and answer my questions. The post-op experience, no timely answers and egg donor push were mind-boggling.

Dr Allon and his team changed our life. My husband and I went to dozens of doctors who refused to help us start our family as my husband and I both have fertility issues. I still remember our first appointment with Dr Allon as I walked in and immediately started to cry because I was sure we would be rejected again, but instead he comforted us both and let me know he would do whatever he could to help us start our family.Dr Allon and his team provided everything to make sure we would be successful - from nutrition discussions, weekly virtual therapy, and constant connection with nursing (Lizz is amazing!) and updates to medication based on ever changing bloodwork.During our first egg retrieval we were able to store one healthy embryo. Dr Allon altered the medications based on this and we were then able to store 5 healthy embryos on our second retrieval. After a few months we moved forward with our transfer of our first embryo. We are so grateful and lucky that our first embryo stuck and we now have a healthy baby boy.We owe our family to Dr Allon. His entire team is so extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. If you have any issues with infertility, and or want to even just test to see where you stand - do not hesitate to go see Dr Allon.

We started our IVF Journey at Advanced Fertility in 2018 - since then Dr. Allon, T, Cheryl, Turner and all of the staff have become family to us. You are not just a number at Advanced Fertility. When i had a few scares at times Dr. Allon was right there with me - what Dr answers his phone at 11:30 PM on a weekend? Dr Allon does, why? Because he cares and that’s what you want in an infertility Dr. when my first Egg Retrieval Failed in 2019 you could hear the pain in his voice, why? Again, because he cares. During all of the procedures I always felt so comfortable. Everyone is so nice. I had my fair share of ups and downs and the whole time they gave me hope. The portal is extremely helpful for instructions and communicating. Cheryl takes your blood and she is now a forever friend. She talks to you and ALWAYS has a smile on her face. The facility is extremely clean and I love that you can get your blood drawn on site, as well as acupuncture and the wellness center is right there in the same building. If you would like to know more about my experience feel free to reach out but I cannot recommend AFC enough!!!!! I started at HFI in 2017 and I’m so thankful God lead me to AFC because that’s where we belong. I have a beautiful little girl because of them and one on the way! Today was my last appointment with them and I literally cried - I’m going to miss them, why? Because they care. I could go on and on. God Bless & I pray you have the same experience as me.

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE.... I can not stress this enough. Yes Dr Allon is a nice man. The STAFF are absolutely irresponsible, careless and unorganized. These are not the traits you want in an office that is going to help you with infertility issues and ultimately be responsible for your dreams, hopes and wants of being a parent. The unimaginable mistakes that were made with the handling my chart mixed with false information I was never informed of were unbelievably traumatic. Not only did they make HUGE mistakes once but twice. NO WOMAN should EVER have to go through the trauma this facility has put me through due to careless mistakes. It is something that will NEVER be forgotten or forgiven. Please get a second or even third option, do not put yourself through the additional stress this staff gives you. It is stressful enough going through the struggle of infertility. The only reason they have one star is because I would not be able to leave this review.

My wife and I could not be more happier with the Doctors, Nurses and staff at Advanced Fertility Clinic. We were treated with the upmost care and respect. From our first consultation to now, 11 weeks pregnant and graduating from the clinic was an emotionally and physically hard but everyone at the clinic made the each segment of the process easy. They were always available for questions and were reassuring and transparent with procedures. It was the little things that meant the most with great bedside manner and positive affirmations. I would not have wanted to go through this journey with any other team. Everyone there is incredible and operate at a high caliber, true experts and show a passion for what they do. Choosing a fertility specialist was not something we took lightly, as it was a very vulnerable place to be.We saw Dr. Allon based off the recommendation from a friend, and over the past ten months they have taken such good care of us. We are now expecting our first baby!The coordinators are dedicated to specific patients so you mostly get to work with the same individuals, and they are easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable.I loved having the acupuncturist in the same building - she is amazing and I think a lot of our success can be attributed to her skill and expertise.This center is a mix of a highly reputable doctors, very compassionate staff and streamlined communication. We highly recommend them as they have changed our life!

Spent a lot of money and no success. We where suppose to get two tries but was told we only had one chance after we were clearly told we had two chances and instead they wanted us to pay thousands more which we didn’t have so unfortunately we have to wait to get more money.

Dr Allon was amazing. The first day I met him, he heard our story and told me “don’t worry, we’ll take care of you” and I believed him. Ami, my coordinator was amazing, always there to answer any questions I might have and to reassure when I needed it. The entire staff at the Katy freeway location were awesome. Everybody was nice, welcoming and reassuring from the first day we walked in and they were so supportive throughout our entire journey. I would recommend a million times. This review is based on my experience thus far in my journey. I’m in the beginning stages leading up to the consult. It’s been a real positive experience working with Christina Jordan (the financial coordinator), Yahaira (IVF coordinator), Dr. Allon and Dr. Tralik. Christina has been amazing in answering my many questions with promptness via phone and text. That accessibility to her via text is so valuable. My consult with Yahaira and Dr. Tralik was thorough. They both took their time going over every detail and ensuring all my concerns and questions were answered. I appreciate the attention to detail in planning and considering my travel dates. Dr. Allon has great bedside manners, detailed in his evaluations, and really works with my preferences.Overall, it’s been a pleasure working with the entire staff from the front desk, anesthesiologist, and phlebotomist, and nurses. I also appreciate their holistic approach and providing alternative care and wellness programs.

My experience with advanced fertility was outstanding. Dr. Allon and staff were friendly and efficient in handling my unique situation. Everyone there made my experience 5 star. Dr allon was a great listener and a great advisor in helping me get pregnant. I would like to recognize Selena, nichole, Kennedy, and Sade for being extremely nice to me as well as the phlebotomist. This clinic treated me like family and most of all I successfully got pregnant on my first round of ivf. Dr Allon was god sent to do this job. It seemed so simple with his help. AfCT is amazing. My IVF journey started in 2020 and Dr. Allon and his team never gave up on me and my dreams of having a family. Our daughter will be 1 on March 27th, and we are currently 12 weeks pregnant with our son. None of this would be possible without this incredible team. Blessed is an understatement. Dr. Allon and his entire team are BEYOND amazing. I have never experienced such amazing care while trying to have a baby. My coordinator was Liz (if you chose this team ask for her) you WONT regret it. She responded to every email I ever needed her for, every phone call, walked me through every process of the medications and injections. Dr. Allon was very informative, caring and personable and very determined. I could not have had our amazing baby boy without him and his team! I highly recommend them if you are trying for a baby and need to do any sort of process through IVF!

I came here years ago because they are so called PCOS specialists. After spending almost 2k for blood work the doctor gave me birth control pills and antidepressants. I never went back. I was young and didn’t know better. I needed hormone balance not a bandaid to my problems.

I cannot thank Dr. Allon and Dr. Tralik enough and all their wonderful staff of Doctors and medical professionals!!!,..highly recommend them to any couple, hands down the best!,..👌

We did 2 IVFs at this vlinic. All in vain. Too much stress, discouraged we gave up. 3 years later we are pregnant with our second child. Naturally. Not sure why we wasted so much time and money at this clinic.

Dr Allon and his team such as Dr. Dozortsev and Dr. Tralik are one of the best doctors in Texas!They had great bedside manners, were patient, listened to all of our concerns and suggestions. They were amazingly positive throughout the entire process. The entire staff was very sweet too. Thanks to Advanced Fertility Center of Texas, we are now blessed with two beautiful babies. Did not get the opportunity to connect with doctors or nurses due to the receptionist’s grossly unprofessional behaviour. Disappointing experience.

Ive intentionally held off on posting a review about this facility for various reasons but felt I had to. While Dr. Allon is great- he has a pleasant demeanor and is knowledgeable, his office staff leaves much to be desired. They are the ones you unfortunately have to deal with the most. My biggest complaint is not being able to reach them when you need to- not sure if this is because theyare short staffed or if the people working there are incompetent. Either way, proceed with caution when dealing with this office. The worst department to deal with there- billing and/or finance. I think they are one in the same even though they are separate when you call. Be sure to keep your own records of payments and even then be prepared to dispute the accuracy of the offices records as they have poor record keeping. All of this has made an already stressful time even more stressful. Best of luck!

They exploit peoples infertility and when you challenge their practices, they basically, unapologetically tell them that you need them and that they have all your money (they make the loan company send the funds straight to them). They are incredibly money hungry and everyone wants to say Dr. Allon is so nice - and he is, but if he were so great - he would address how horrible his staff is. He sees the comments just like we do. They charge for everything. He wanted me to pay $85 just to speak with him about my wife’s medicine and they want us to pay $30 to talk to him after our second failed transfer. The financial coordinator lied and made us lose $1,800.00…that was not fun. The nurses in the OR are terrible. If they spoke to my wife horribly while I was there, I can only imagine what they say when I’m not there. Alex (if that’s her real name) is the nurse I’m talking about, go through, read the reviews, DO YOUR RESEARCH! I’ve wasted $35k on these people and don’t even have a kid to show tor it. They are well below the national average for live births. And why are all of their reviews so outdated?

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Goudas. He goes out of his way to help everyone, including his staff. For example, he wanted to give me a sample but his nurse was busy, so he actually took time to search for the items himself. He is direct and confident. Now, his personality is not for everyone but he was exactly what my husband and I needed - short, simple and honest with results and plans. The only issue I have is the staff. I have been awaiting a response from billing for three weeks (have left multiple messages by voice and client portal) - and still no reply.Last week, I attempted to make another appointment, as I was instructed by Dr. Goudas with a certain time period, but was told the policy changed with regard to weekend appointments. We chose this location only because they offered weekend visits, as my spouse travels Monday - Friday for work. Our need for weekend appointment was expressed at our first appointment and initial phone inquiry, and we were assured they could accommodate. I spoke with a scheduler on Tuesday morning, she was “checking with her supervisor”, and it’s now Sunday - no response. Guess, we have to find another office to start over again.

I was beyond impressed with my experience at this doctor’s office. My first contact was with Danielle and I was completely blown away by how helpful and kind she was and how fast she was at getting back to me! A lot of doctors don’t realize how important it is to have administration staff like Danielle The first point of contact is crucial!Now on to the appointment… My appointment ran on time considering I am at a specialist office , Dr. Allon was really knowledgeable , compassionate and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment!Last but not least I met with Denise in the Financial department she took the time to explain my insurance benefit details she was very knowledgable and made me understand my insurance coverage ,she also gave me my estimated costs upfront. I have been a nurse for 3 years and I know working with a high volume of patients especially in a sensitive matter is not easy.I want to commend Dr Allon and his outstanding staff and for their help. I would highly recommend Advanced Fertility .

I got turned away because I didnt have an appointment even though I have to come randomly when its right for my wifes schedule. I was given no options just turned away. The reception should be educated on how timely sensitive this process is for their patients and do more to help.

Dr Goudas was the best thing about this practice. We tried to give them a chance once he left but they were not professional and we do not recommend this place anymore. The staff in the Houston locations is very unpleasant to work with. The wait time in the office is always long and the nurse call line does not call back. Dr Allon is very kind but not personable and was in and out within a few minutes during an ultrasound regarding bleeding/possible miscarriage with no time to ask questions or get confirmations that things were okay. We will not be using this location in the future!

Advance Fertility Center of Katy is by far the best place I’ve been for any type of medical care! The staff, doctor, and nurse are great at communicating and follow up. Also making sure the best care is received. Thank you all!!

The staff here quickly became more like family. Dr. Allon and his team are so gentle and caring. I have never felt so comfortable at a doctors office or facility as I do here. They run test to get to the root cause and never take advantage of you. I am truly so so blessed to have them as our family helping my husband and I start our family. Advanced Fertility Center is truly one of the most amazing places I have been to. From our initial consultation with Dr.Allon, to our IUI procedure, he & the ladies have been there every step of the way. I cannot tell you enough how wonderful the ladies of this office have been. From the front desk, to the patient coordinators, to the coordinator that is there to answer all your questions...all of them are amazing.I particularly want to emphasize how amazing Lisa & Christina have been. Christina, from the very beginning, has been there to answer all of my questions. Whether I had an insurance question, or truly just needed someone to vent to about our treatment she is there at any time of the day to reassure me and tell me not to worry. Lisa has helped me figure out solutions to situations that could have been a lot more complicated. Dr. Allon, Dr. Goudas, and their fabulous staff made the experience at Advanced Fertility Center of Texas one of the best doctor offices I have ever been too. Infertility is such a scary, intimidating, uneasy journey and their office made it indescribable. I came to their office afraid and unsure of what the future held and his office handled my questions, emotions, and health with grace. They were always considerate of my feelings and never once did I feel like “just another patient/number”. They made this experience personal. I will be forever grateful for the experience and blessing I was given at this office (Memorial). I have recommended it to other people I know struggling on the journey and will continue to do so. I was so sad to “graduate” from their office, but they still check on me. Now THAT is care. Dr. Allon, Dr. Goudas, and EVERY SINGLE PERSON in that office is amazing. Trust the process, trust this office, and know that when you are going through this journey they are rooting for you. They were/are some of my biggest cheerleaders. I know that when I want to grow my family, I have a home at their office and I will not hesitate to go back. They actually make me excited to go back, when it’s time to start my journey for blessing #2!

Where do I start? The staff at AFC is so amazing. Amy my IVF nurse was the best and I could not have done it without her. Whenever I needed a rx faxed to a pharmacy she did it with no problem. She even told me about the online website to order my meds. Dr Allon is so wonderful and he did everything possible to make sure I had a successful pregnancy and I am currently 13 weeks. Even when I felt like he doing to much but he wasn’t. I am bless and grateful I was led to this place to under go my IVF treatment. I was treated like a patient and not a number and I have recommended this place to everyone I know that is going through infertility. Thank you guys for everything you guys do😊

Dont come here if you are just doing womens checkup. They treat you poorly. An appointment was scheduled at 9:15am and I called and told them I would arrive around 9:30am. The lady over the phone (assuming fronk desk) said no problem. When I arrived, there was a customer in front of me and I had to wait for quite a few minutes, and then I had to wait for the front desk to finish the call. I checked in about 9:35am even though the front desk later said it was 9:40am. Either way, I was advised to have a seat and the nurse should call me shortly. However, after like 5 mins, I was told that I should be rescheduled because the doctor Mary is so busy. I was here only to do my womens checkup, and it took me 30 mins before arriving and I called and confirmed they are okay before I came. Now they said NO, because I checked in like 5 mins from what was agreed earlier. A patient should not be treated this way.

I had a pleasant experience in this wonderful home. I choose to call it a home because that is what they made me felt like.Dr. Allon is a complete bed side Dr. His soft spoken words makes you feel loved and cared for and very detailed in his job.Dr Trelik you are awesome very knowledgeable and detailed too. A good listener.The entire staff are very receptive infact they have a formidable team.This is what gives you that peace of mind when you work in here and you actually need that absolve peace of mind in the journey of IVF.My journey in Advanced Fertility was worthwhile because God used them to destroy 10 years of barrenness.Today we have two boys.This is a long journey I advise you seek the face of God and let him lead you.I will surely recommend them any time any day anywhere because they know what theyre doing.Please keep doing what you are doing.Love you all.

I find that a lot of times people take the time to write their bad experiences only. I’m here to share the opposite, our blessing. Thanks to Dr. Allon, 11 days ago our rainbow baby was born. She is the most perfect gift from God and I know that had it not been for Dr. Allon, Dr. Tralik, and nurses here it wouldn’t have been possible. I’ve gained friendships through my journey with Advanced Fertility that I will treasure forever. Infertility is rough, but having a doctor you trust, and nurses/staff who support you and encourage you every time they see you is amazing! Everyone from Cheryl who drew my labs hundreds of times, to Denise in billing, my experience here was the best. Because of them, I now have my beautiful daughter. Because of them, I was not discouraged, I cannot find enough words to describe how thankful we are to Dr. Allon and his entire staff for making our dreams come true. Not only has he helped us achieve our miracle, he’s helped personal friends of ours achieve theirs as well! I’m looking forward to bringing my daughter to their office in the next few weeks to meet the amazing people who helped us make this a reality.

Dr. Allon and all the Staff are amazing! They always made me feel important and not just like an in and out patient. After having a terrible experience at another fertility office, we met Dr. Allon and he made us feel comfortable. We now have a beautiful 2 year old boy and are currently pregnant with twins through IVF-Frozen Embryo transfers completed by Dr. Allon and his staff. We are so grateful for Dr. Allon and his staff. This review is based on my experience about 5-6 years ago. Dr. Allon, was very caring and has amazing bedside manners. He went out of this way to visit me at the hospital and even called me every day to check on me. So, I am not sure how things are running now, but back in the day it was sharp!

Dr Allon has done an outstanding job for me and my wife. Weve had 2 IVF procedures done, and have 3 beautiful children to show for it. He and his staff were some of the best weve encountered on our journey to becoming parents.

With the help of Dr Allons knowledge and the wonderful staff I have a beautiful 3 1/2 year old baby girl & currently in the process of trying for child number 2. This time around things are moving extremely fast and I couldnt be any happier. Yes sometimes you wait a little over your appointment time but you never know if the patients before you needed more questions asked, extra time to check ovaries, uterus, etc....the process is sensitive and you want everything checked over right so you know where to go from there. The only bad/negative thing Ive ever had to say is I wish we would of come across Dr.Allon sooner instead of wasting time with 3 other Drs.Update: we now have beautiful boy/girl twins born Jan 2017!Forever thankful!!

Dr Allon is amazing! I have been to so many specialist and none of them could help me. He has helped me so much. If you have PCOS, you must see him. His staff is awesome! So nice and they go above and beyond for the patients. I feel truly blessed to have found them.

I really have high hopes for this office… but once again they never answer the phone. It’s normal office hours & every time I call no one seems to pick up the phone. For something so minimal as to renewing a prescription, I cant even do that. Which is very important to my health. Left a voicemail almost three weeks ago and never even received a call back. Pretty outrageous.

I would recommend Dr.Allon to any couple trying to conceive VERY quickly! We really feel blessed that he was able to help our dreams come true. His nurses were very helpful and made me feel extremely comfortable which I really appreciated! If your looking for a doctor who genuinely cares for his patience sucess I highly recommend Dr. Allon.

Ive been considering how to write this review over the three years that I have been going to this practice. There is so much variance in the service provided that it has been difficult to pinpoint the specific issues. Overall, I think most issues boil down to the support staff side. Primary opportunities for service improvement are in areas of clinical communication and financial services.The physician himself appears competent and knowledgeable. Yes, he struggles with remembering names, but the practice is of high volume so this may be a challenge for most. Everything is usually fine with the physician-patient interaction. Where things fall apart is after this interaction on the support staff side.The clinical staff may benefit from being organized and coordinated in executing the physicians orders. Sometimes they seem entirely unaware of the management plan. This may require multiple calls to the office in order to clarify and execute. If you need a calendar, the delay in getting it may be days to weeks--by prompting/reminding the staff.The financial services is another opportunity to reduce patient frustration. Quite often there are residual costs--you assumed you paid the bill in full but there always seems to be another bill to follow. The timing between date of service and bill may be more than one year (almost two years once for me). Their finance office never have consistent information or, they have versions of the same bill. They would benefit from a reliable process to issue itemized invoices. Moreover, getting a copy of your invoice to submit to your high deductible insurance plan can be quite challenging and frustrating.

I went in today for an HSG. Dr. Allon and all the staff were beyond nice and gentle. Explained the process with ease. I fainted after the procedure, and they reacted quickly and provided me all their attention. If I ever need something else regarding fertility in the near future, I will consider them first, just for the kindness and how they treated me today.

The Advanced Fertility Center of Texas and Dr. Allon as well as the staff was amazing and they were very helpful and very detailed oriented on the whole IVF treatment and how they were going to carry out the procedure. If I could give them more stars I would but we are pregnant with twins, the due date is March of 2018. I would recommend if you are trying to become parents or if you are struggling please go to this place and try it out, it worked out for us, but do your research and if it is a fit you and your partner go on with the procedure. These group of professionals were remarkable and they excelled my expectations

Dr. Allon & Advanced Fertility was our third specialist. Our first visit we noticed how empathetic and compassionate he was. He asked about our story, shared our pain and did not rush his time with us. Throughout the process, his attention to detail and expertise helped him discover and treat an issue that our two other specialists were unable to identify. When our IUI rounds were unsuccessful, he took it personally, shared our frustration and kept offering options. He was respectful of the boundaries we set about treatments we wanted to pursue. His staff also reflects Dr. Allons warmth and sense of presence and we grew connected to a number of staffers during our time together. Early on, we did notice some communication breakdowns with the staff but when we pointed this out, things greatly improved. The level of care, compassion and expertise was unparalleled in our experience.

I just had a HSG test done and they were so amazing! The staff let me know of everything ahead and were super nice! The doctor was the sweetest and i felt so comfortable even though i was scared at first! It didnt even hurt! Will definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who needs a procedure done!

I will not be returning. Staff does not return calls or emails. 25 dollars just to release medical records. I keep receiving bills with new amounts each time. Dr allon was nice, but he needs better staff and to get rid of that medical release fee.

I would not recommend using this clinic. Do your research and find a Dr that actually cares and doesnt just want your $$$! First off, I was not informed of the cost for the blood work Dr. Allon said I needed to have done. $3000 for blood work!! Crazy!! Next, I informed Dr. Allon that I had tried using Chlomid before and it made me ovulate late or not ovulate at all! I chose to go the medicated route 1st and instead of trying a different medication he had me try Chlomid again. I did not ovulate until CD22 but Dr Allon would not continue to monitor my cycle until the follicles were big enough to do the IUI. They cancelled my cycle on CD12. I decided not to continue since after paying over $5000, I felt I was only a money bag to them. They didnt care if the procedure worked or not as long as they got paid. And to top it off, I paid for every visit up front and in full but a month after the failed attempt, I got a bill in the mail for an additional $350. I tried emailing them about this bill but never received a reply. I did get a call a month later about the bill and they said it was because my insurance didnt cover some procedures and I owed that $. You should have processed through my insurance 1st. I was never told what I was paying was an estimated cost of the procedure and that I would have to pay more later on. Dr Allon and the staff were not transparent about costs at all! Please do your research and find a doctor that cares about you as a patient and your pocket book

Great Dr and staff however, it’s nearly impossible to get in touch with the office these days. I’ve been going here since 2021 but in recent years, contacting the staff has been a nightmare.

First of all I would like to say that God lead my husband and I in this direction. My entire 2 year experience from my major abdominal myomectomy surgery til IVF. Due to prayer, the staff, and Dr. Allon we had an successful 1st round of IVF. We’re now going in for our c-section on June 4, 2021 to welcome our baby girl to the world!!!

I was a patient here Saddly it was an unsuccessful sorry for me. Dr.Allon is very friendly and very detailed. The fancial girl is so nice also. Saddly who ever answers the phones they are very rude. I called today to make an appoment as a self pay client and she told me to call parent hood. What the hell!!!!!I have done my treaments with them before and I was willing to try again with them. I guess i will just go to an other fertilty center that isnt so rude.I am a self pay because I am my own boss, not because of other reasons. I really hope your boss reads this just for he could know he might be losing money for bad staff.

Wow - this is by far the best fartility clinic we’ve known.My wife went through 3 IVF treatments on the course of 2 years at another clinic, all attempts failed and $40,000 wasted, not to mention lots of grief and hardships.When we meet Dr. Allon and his staff, it was a completely different ball game, from day one him and his staff were so over confident that they will get my wife pregnant on the 1st try.At the time I was thinking it sounded great but inside I thought, maybe their just “marketing” this.Well after a warm, Proffessional, caring and amazing service with advanced fartility, Dr. Allon and amazing staff my wife was pregnant with twins!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏Wow, it was a long and hard 3 years but I can tell you, don’t waste your money or time, this is absolutely the best place to go.Also I’d like to mention that their pricing is great and when you don’t have to waste money on multiple IVF attempts then the price really make sense.Good luck .....

Dr. Allow and Dr. Tralik are miracle makers. The clinic caters to more than just reproductive issues, but centers on the client as a whole. The entire staff becomes family. After years of disappointment elsewhere, we are expecting twins in the spring!

This practice lost me as a patient for the inconsistency, lack of professionalism and never returning my phone calls. I get phone calls now to schedule my IUI procedure but another practice has already taken care of that procedure for me and I am successfully pregnant after 1 successful IUI treatment. I gave Advanced Fertility Center 3 years of my life for no reason. Try answering the phone for your patients and returning phone calls.

My wife and I decided to have a baby so a friend recommended us to AFCT. Of course as a lesbian couple we certainly have a fertility issue. We researched many different clinics and decided AFCT is what we are looking for. After speaking with Dr. Allon we decided on IVF. It was an intense and challenging process but Dr. Allon and the staff were all so helpful. They explained to us step by step on what to expect and what to look forward too. Always friendly faces and informative answers, even after hours. We felt like the whole staff was 100% in your corner with one goal mind, its to help us conceive and start the family weve always dreamed of having. Found this clinic online, called on the 10th at 9am to book an appointment. Was pleased when phone rang twice and someone answered. Made an appointment for the 17th, gave my details (name. Insurance. Phone #. Email. Home addy. My husbands phone #) then i asked which doctor i was seeing, address nd what to bring. The receptionist replied you will get it all in an email. The email never came. I got worried, because if you are this disorganzied how can you handle more important issues. Then i came online to read reviews, only to see communication is a major PROBLEM for this practice. Obviously i didnt bother going for my appointment. Tooooo bad

This place needs more receptionists. The amount of customers they loose because the never return calls, and answer is just ridiculous. im not a very impatient person but this is far beyond just one call missed, they will literally never answer and if they do it feels like you have won the lottery. doctors are nice individuals

My husband and I visited with Dr. Allon after discovering that we would need an endocrinologist to help conceive. After spending a substantial amount of money, we were too far in financially to pull out to visit another doctor. Even after countless appointments, Dr. Allon has no idea what my name is or even what I need medically. (He prescribed a thyroid medicine for me, and my current doctor was appalled at my ridiculously high thyroid numbers. I did not need this medicine!) Additionally, the man almost killed me by allowing my IVF to continue after seeing that my estrogen levels were too high to proceed. I ended up in the hospital for six days with kidneys that were failing. After the week all he could say was, We knew this was going to happen. What?!? On top of all of this, the office will overcharge for each and every procedure. My insurance will send me notes saying that I owe the clinic $17 for a procedure that I paid $75 for... Dont see this man! Find someone/anyone else!

Dr.Allon and his staff were very friendly and professional. They walked me through all steps and prices of exams/procedures as I was a nervous cash paying patient. I went in for a cyst in my ovary and everything went well. I highly recommend this clinic.

Wanted to go here to help my wife get pregnant. They wanted my wife to come in and hve a procedure done today actually. I had been playing phone tag with them for a few days. when I talked to her she said that I need to pay around 1800.00 prepayment. They wouldnt work with us so now I hve a really upset wife that has put more of a strain on our marriage. This place must be for rich people not hard workers like my wife and me. Im really disappointed I like the doctor but once again its been proven to me its all bout the money.

I gave a 5 star for Dr Allon successful transfer in 2015 hes very patient, kind, really care about his patients here I am 2020 to do anitgrt transfer with my emotion going crazy he is very relatable.

These people are unorganized and do NOT answer the phones! The nurses station always goes straight to voicemail and I cant even get a front desk person to answer the phone. Dr. Goudas has been pretty good, I just wish there was better communication between the doctors and their staff...its so frustrating going through fertility issues then having to deal with this on top :/

This office is a money pit. They diagnosed me with PCOS- come to find out they never ran any PCOS blood panels or hormones, and when I finally had enough of their poor customer service, I went to another specialist. This new physician ran blood work and found that I in fact DID NOT have PCOS and actually had thyroid disease. YEARS of suffering and being told I had to eat better and exercise more. They took away years of my life with this misdiagnosis. Also- when I moved to a new physician, they would not send my medical records- only ended up sending 6 months of records, even though I was a patient for over 6 years. BEWARE

Has been one absolute disaster after another dealing with their billing department and insurance. Requests procedures that we are told that will be covered that end up not being covered. Even worse is requesting procedures that they tell us wont be covered and should have. Highly recommend you stay far away from this office.

2 attempts unsuccessful our insurance was not covering procedures so we paid about almost 50k in cash and loans its been 8 years I am still getting bills from collection agencies. Crooks be careful

Its unfortunate that it is extremely difficult to get a hold of a LIVE person just to book an appointment. Ive been to so many actual high traffic clinics and never had this sort of issue. Very discouraging.

There were smiles from the moment I came in. The practice was great ,very personal and provided attentive service.…staff is quite impressive, on the phone and in person.It is not like that in most other doctors’ offices.

Absolutely loved the service I had at Advanced Fertility! They were so supportive through all of the lows and highs of the already stressful process, including COVID.

Hey ladies and gentlemen’s I am so sorry to say this the worse place ever they don’t know nothing all about money I was going with my wife here they didn’t accept my Insurence and I had to pay from pocket every 40 days more. Then 5000$I changed my doctor they found the problem if you don’t want to lose your time just be carful.

Very good care from Dr. Allon, kind and responsible. The clinic in general provides good service although some of the nurses or assistants sometimes do not do their work in an organized manner. But as a whole the clinic provides good service. So far I am satisfied.I 100% recommend the service they provide at the clinic, because in a very short time the dream of being a mother came true.

After trying for 17 years to have a baby, we finally found in this place and in Dr. Allon the quick solution to our problem. Dr. Allons treatment made us feel very comfortable from the beginning. A thousand thanks to all the people who helped me in my treatment.
